Local AIMSweb Managers (LAMs)

Local AIMSweb® Managers (LAMs) & the AIMSweb® Train-the-Trainer Model: During our train-the-trainer LAM sessions, provided by a Certified AIMSweb® Trainer (CAT), participants are taught skills directed toward learning AIMSweb®. However, to be an effective leader in the building/district, we realize that these individuals must go beyond the “how to’s” of AIMSweb®, and also engage in thoughtful learning about Response to Intervention/Instruction (RtI) and data-based decision making. AIMSweb Training Workshops offered in a train-the-trainer model, are designed to build capacity at the local level.

LAM workshops incorporate instruction provided by our Certified AIMSweb® Trainers, as well as hands-on activities, dialogue, and small group work to review and practice the content delivered so that trainees will be able to return to their sites and accurately present the information to colleagues within your organization. In addition to receiving licensed copies of various training components that enable turnkey training, follow-up support is provided via consultation after training and an online training tool for further enrichment of trainees’ skills.
