AIMSweb Training Services & Solutions
What services do we offer?
We offer flexible options in a variety of formats, including private on-site training, public workshops, and web-based offerings for groups and individuals. All training and consultation services are conducted exclusively by Pearson's dedicated AIMSweb training team of experienced Certified AIMSweb® Trainers (CATs), offering you the highest-trained instructors for AIMSweb in the industry.
Whenever possible, our Certified AIMSweb Trainers provide training and professional development services via our "train-the-local-trainer" team-based model, building capacity and autonomy within your local organization. These "Local AIMSweb Managers" become a team of well-trained individuals within the local organization who support implementation and professional development.

AIMSweb Basic: "Getting Started" Package
$4500 (All inclusive price*)
This session is ideal for customers who plan to implement AIMSweb®. Our Getting Started Package will be invaluable to your organization, helping you save time, money, resources, and be off to a successful start. Via webinars, on-site training, and follow-up consultation services, you will be provided with a literal gold mine of information and training that will help facilitate a thoughtful, planned, and sustainable execution of your AIMSweb® implementation.
Package Includes:
5 hours consultation time
2 days on-site training
- Implementation Consultation & Software Setup Training: 4 hours. Receive up to 4 hours of live phone and/or webinar-based consultation and training provided by your assigned Certified AIMSweb Trainer (CAT). (Sessions may be split). These sessions are geared especially for select, key staff and are held in advance of your on-site workshop.
Your CAT will learn about your goals, then recommend the best options for setup and use of your AIMSweb® system. This includes assistance in making configuration decisions that best align with your staff and students' assessment, reporting, account setup, data import/export, and access-level needs. Additionally, your CAT will coach you through a series of critical decisions and role-out ideas that will help you design a successful, well-informed implementation and action plan for AIMSweb. - Two-Day On-Site Training Session: Your assigned CAT will visit your site for two consecutive days to train select staff on the Basics of AIMSweb. Agenda items, designed for Local AIMSweb Managers (train-the-local-trainer model) include information, training, materials, and activities designed to help the learner understand--and "turn-around teach" the following:
- Introduction to AIMSweb: Understand the "Big Picture" about AIMSweb, Response to Instruction/Intervention (RTI), and the Three-Tiered Assessment Model.
- Administering and scoring two of AIMSweb's measures (e.g., Oral Reading & Early Literacy, Math Computation & Early Numeracy, etc.).
(Additional measures may be added. Contact us for customization options and rates.) - Learning AIMSweb Benchmark and Strategic Monitor Software and essential reports
- Introduction to Progress Monitoring Software and Goal-Setting.

Follow-Up Consultation Session: 1 hour. Your package includes a one-hour phone or live webinar-based consultation service, conducted within 30 days of your on-site training session. Provided by your CAT, this interactive session helps Local AIMSweb Managers address questions, review information, or handle other needs that arose following your 2-day on-site training.
*Price includes trainer's travel, lodging, and related expenses. In rare cases, some restrictions may apply.

- Online Training
Learn the AIMSweb assessment and software system at your own pace! AIMSweb's user-friendly software is even easier to learn via our online course featuring comprehensive, step-by-step software videos and accompanying guides. This course will show you how to set up and manage the AIMSweb software system, including how to enter, edit, and report student data. Additionally, learn how to administer and score various assessments, interpret the data reported in AIMSweb, and train others within your organization to do the same--all via audio/visual presentations, materials, discussion forums, and full access to the AIMSweb web-based software to practice and master your skills. NASP CPD Credits available. -
