For AIMSweb customers who are currently using the Palm scoring component:

The Palm software is not supported by the Windows® 7 operating system. This is a limitation of Windows 7 and not AIMSweb. Below are the updated minimum requirements for Palm using Windows.

Minimum System Requirements for Palm using Windows

Note: The Palm software cannot be installed on the Windows 7 operating system.

• Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
• Pentium®-III 500 MHz (Recommended: 700 Mhz or greater)
• USB Port
• 100 MB Free Hard Disk Space
• 56 Kpbs or higher Internet access
• Palm Desktop 4.0.1. software
• Palm Hotsync® Manager 4.0 or higher

Minimum System Requirements for Palm using Mac

• MacOS® 9.2x, 10.x
• Power Macintosh® 7300/180 or higher
• 256 MB of RAM or higher
• USB Port
• 56 Kpbs or higher Internet access
